01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the tbagi platform in any way — including browsing the website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use tbagi.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on tbagi. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held within them.

When registering on tbagi, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other details requested during the registration process. Providing false or misleading information is a breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your tbagi account credentials, including your password and any one-time verification codes. tbagi will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to keep your login details secure. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact tbagi support immediately.

Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

04 Deposits and Payments

tbagi accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer. All transactions on tbagi are processed in BDT. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed within the tbagi cashier at the time of deposit.

Deposits made to your tbagi account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. tbagi does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. If a deposit is identified as originating from a payment method not belonging to the account holder, tbagi reserves the right to reverse the deposit and suspend the account pending investigation.

tbagi does not charge fees on standard deposits. However, your payment provider (bKash, Nagad, or your bank) may apply their own transaction fees, which are outside tbagi's control. Deposits are credited to your tbagi wallet as soon as the transfer is confirmed by the payment provider.

In the event that a deposit is credited to your tbagi account in error, you are obligated to notify tbagi support immediately. tbagi reserves the right to recover any erroneously credited funds from your account balance.

05 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available balance from tbagi at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and matching the details on your tbagi account.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the tbagi cashier.

tbagi aims to process withdrawal requests to bKash and Nagad within a few hours of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on your bank's processing times. tbagi does not charge fees on standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

tbagi reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on the part of the player. If additional documents are requested, the withdrawal timeline will begin once those documents are received and verified.

06 Bonus Terms

tbagi offers a welcome bonus to new players on their first qualifying deposit, as well as ongoing promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out here.

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all tbagi bonuses:

07 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on tbagi use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG and are not influenced by tbagi or any third party. Published RTP figures for each game represent theoretical long-term return rates and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game session on tbagi, the outcome of the affected round may be voided and any stake returned to your account. tbagi will not be liable for losses resulting from technical issues outside its reasonable control, including internet connectivity problems on the player's side.

tbagi actively monitors accounts for suspicious activity. If prohibited activity is detected, tbagi reserves the right to suspend the account, withhold funds pending investigation, and share relevant information with law enforcement or financial authorities as required.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

tbagi reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• At the player's own request, including self-exclusion requests made through tbagi's responsible gaming tools.

If your tbagi account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. If the account is closed for any other reason, tbagi will return your available real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
